SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Job Description for Sales and Marketing Executive

. Expand company's customer base, grow new leads and ensure strong company presence in the construction industry

. Develop marketing strategies and creation of marketing collaterals

. Conduct market research and competitor analysis

. Liaise with developers, architects, consultants, main contractors, owners and designers to achieve sales target

. Involve in all sales & marketing activities such as conducting cold calls, preparing and carrying out presentations, attending meetings, workshops, seminars and business dinner

. Good understanding of company products and services

. Understand client's requirement and assist in the preparation of sales quotations, tender submission documents, follow ups and securing sales

. Responsible for payment certificate and payment follow-up and collection

. Develop and maintain good relationship with potential and existing customers

. Carry out site visit and work outside the office as required

. Pipeline and forecasting of potential projects to assist Project/Operations with their planning

Requirements include:

• Well versed in Chinese and English (spoken and written)
