Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

• Identify and engage with new potential customers.

• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support.

2. Sales Strategy and Execution

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities.

• Prepare and present quotations and proposals.

3. Technical Expertise

• Provide technical support regarding sheet metal parts and applications .

• Demonstrate knowledge of manufacturing processes and standards.

4. Collaboration

• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Marketing, and Logistics teams.

• Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

5. Reporting and Analysis

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.

• Monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in B2B , B2C ,B2D sales, preferably in sheet metal or engineering industry.
  • 2 to 10 Years relevant experience required
  • · Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
