Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Marketing Engineer role located on-site in Ahmedabad. The Sales Marketing Engineer will be responsible for conducting market research, generating sales leads, building and maintaining client relationships, developing marketing strategies, and promoting DHE Heaters products and services. The role involves analyzing market trends, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives and customer demands effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition & Management: Identify and acquire new clients; maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

• Sales & Negotiation: Provide product solutions, negotiate contracts, and close sales to achieve targets.

• Support & After-Sales: Offer after-sales support, troubleshoot issues, and assist in custom product development.

• Market & Sales Analysis: Analyse market trends, sales data, and report findings.

• Collaboration & Training: Work with the sales team, support marketing events, and provide training to enhance team knowledge.

• Marketing Support & Event Representation: Support the marketing team by attending trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events to generate leads and brand awareness.

• Training & Development: Provide training and produce support materials for the sales team to enhance their technical knowledge and sales skills.
