Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

· Client Acquisition & Management: Identify and acquire new clients; maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

· Sales & Negotiation: Provide product solutions, negotiate contracts, and close sales to achieve targets.

· Support & After-Sales: Offer after-sales support, troubleshoot issues, and assist in custom product development.

· Market & Sales Analysis: Analyse market trends, sales data, and report findings.

· Collaboration & Training: Work with the sales team, support marketing events, and provide training to enhance team knowledge.

· Marketing Support & Event Representation: Support the marketing team by attending trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events to generate leads and brand awareness.

· Training & Development: Provide training and produce support materials for the sales team to enhance their technical knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering Sales, or a related field.

2. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in a technical field.

Skills:

· Strong technical understanding and ability to explain complex concepts to clients.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant sales tools.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Soft Skills:

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Attention to detail and focus on exceptional customer service.

· Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

· Adaptable to changing environments and client needs.
