Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing Business Development role based in Indore. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing and prospective clients, and promoting IPCE's electrical solutions and turnkey offerings across target industrial segments. The person in this role will prepare and deliver sales presentations, participate in client meetings and site visits, and collaborate with technical teams to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, tracking market trends, contributing to marketing campaigns, and maintaining accurate reports and documentation. The role also involves providing product training and support to clients and internal stakeholders to ensure a high standard of customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and meet targets.
  • Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver product and solution-oriented sessions to customers and colleagues.
  • Relevant experience in industrial or electrical equipment sales, marketing, or business development is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and use CRM or sales tracking tools effectively.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a focus on ethical and integrity-driven business practices.
