We're Hiring | Associate – Sales & Marketing
Morhav Organics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Associate – Sales & Marketing to join their team in South Delhi.
Location: South Delhi
Experience: Fresher – 2 Years
Qualification: Graduate / BBA / MBA Marketing / Equivalent
Work Mode: Field Sales
What You'll Do
- Conduct regular field visits to General Trade & HoReCa outlets
- Approach grocery stores, kirana stores, departmental/gourmet/organic stores, cafés, hotels, restaurants and caterers
- Generate new orders and drive repeat business
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Present products, pricing and offers to retailers and business customers
- Gather market and competitor insights
- Support exhibitions, promotional events and B2C sales
- Handle basic online customer queries and follow-ups when required
- Maintain daily visit, lead and sales reports
What We're Looking For
Good communication & convincing skills
Sales and customer-handling skills
Comfortable with regular field visits
Target-oriented and hardworking
Good follow-up & relationship-building ability
Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
