Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations to showcase company offerings.
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the organization.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation and brand awareness campaigns.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities within the CRM system.
  • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Build long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Generate regular sales reports and provide business performance insights to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, seminars, and networking opportunities when required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and timely service delivery.
