Role Description The Sales Marketing Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Srinagar. The role involves promoting SBI Life's insurance products, understanding customer needs, and providing suitable protection and savings solutions. The Sales Marketing Advisor will conduct client meetings, follow up on leads, explain product features and benefits, and support customers through the application and onboarding process. The role includes coordinating local marketing activities, participating in sales campaigns, and collaborating with branch teams to achieve sales targets and enhance brand visibility. The Sales Marketing Advisor will also maintain accurate records of customer interactions, adhere to regulatory and company guidelines, and contribute to a positive customer experience at the Srinagar location.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and internal teams.
  • Proven Customer Service abilities to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships.
  • Demonstrated Sales skills, with experience in meeting targets, managing leads, and closing opportunities.
  • Foundational Marketing skills to support local campaigns, brand promotion, and product awareness initiatives.
  • Basic Project Management skills to plan, organize, and track sales and marketing activities effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or retail sales is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a structured, compliance-focused environment and familiarity with digital tools and CRM systems.
