*Key Responsibilities*
Manage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Develop and implement sales strategies and business growth plans
Monitor sales performance and provide guidance and training to the team
Identify and develop new dealers, distributors, and market opportunities
Maintain strong relationships with key customers
Review daily sales reports and ensure proper reporting by the team
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand
Coordinate with management for sales campaigns and promotions
Ensure proper follow-up on leads and customer inquiries
Prepare sales reports and performance analysis for management
*Qualification*
Graduate / MBA (Preferred)

3 7 years of experience in sales and team management

Strong leadership and team management skills
