Role Description

The Sales Manager - Industrial & Other Minerals (Ferrous & Non-Ferrous) role at Proman Infrastructure Services Pvt. Ltd. involves managing technical sales opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and delivering technical expertise to customers. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs especially for various Industrial Minerals & Other Minerals (Ferrous & Non-ferrous), providing tailored solutions, and ensuring excellent service delivery. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales strategies related to minerals, mining Industry
• Positions available in East, North & Western India
• 6-8 years of Experience in Sales & relevant field
• Process and hands on experience in above sectors
• Knowledge on process and strong in Technical proposals
• Strong abilities in Technical Support , Techno commercial to address customer issues efficiently
• Capability of providing process solutions - Industrial Minerals & Mining
• Customer Service skills to enhance client satisfaction and drive loyalty
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in industrial equipment or minerals-related equipment like Crushers, Mills, BMH equipment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a related field preferred
• Knowledge on AutoCAD skills
