Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Sales Executive / Business Development Executive with experience in media sales, outdoor advertising, transit media, DOOH, or advertising solutions. The ideal candidate should be capable of acquiring new clients, building agency relationships, closing advertising deals, and driving revenue growth across both Fyre Media and Bohni networks.

This role is focused on client acquisition, revenue generation, deal closures, and long-term relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and onboard brands, advertising agencies, and local businesses.
  • Generate leads through networking, field visits, referrals, and outbound outreach.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Develop relationships with marketing heads, business owners, and decision-makers.

Media Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Sell Fyre Media and Bohni advertising solutions to brands and agencies.
  • Pitch hyperlocal, transit, and DOOH advertising solutions.
  • Design customized media plans and campaign proposals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Convert pilot campaigns into long-term advertising partnerships.

Agency & Relationship Management

  • Build relationships with advertising agencies and media planners.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and identify up-selling opportunities.
  • Drive renewals and repeat business.
  • Represent Zoco Mediaworks as a leading hyper-local media platform.

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Understand client objectives and recommend suitable advertising solutions.
  • Coordinate with operations and campaign teams for smooth execution.
  • Ensure successful on-boarding and campaign delivery.

Reporting & Forecasting

  • Maintain CRM updates, sales reports, and revenue forecasts.
  • Track opportunities and ensure strong follow-through on leads.

Desired Candidate Profile

Mandatory Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in Advertising Sales, Media Sales, Outdoor Advertising, Transit Media, DOOH, or Digital Media Sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Existing network of local businesses, brands, or agencies preferred.
  • Comfortable with field sales and client meetings.
