Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager with experience in selling embedded engineering services. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of embedded technologies and a strong network within industries such as semiconductor and IoT. The role requires a combination of business development, client relationship management, and technical sales expertise to drive revenue growth for Zilogic Systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in embedded software and system development services.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including VP, Engineering Heads, and Directors.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to create customized solutions that meet client needs.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, proposal development, and negotiation to contract closure.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in embedded systems.
  • Represent Zilogic Systems at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and business plans to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in sales/business development in an embedded engineering services .
  • Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of embedded software development, wireless, IoT, and real-time systems.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and drive revenue growth.
  • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with products like Wireless Access points, IOT gateway, Digital Cockpit is a plus.
  • Networking: Established relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and semiconductor companies.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
