Role Description

The Sales Manager - Water Park will oversee and implement sales strategies to reach revenue targets, establish and maintain relationships with clients, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities include developing packages for individuals, families, and corporate groups, managing promotional and marketing campaigns for the water park, and negotiating contracts with clients. The role also involves analyzing sales performance and providing regular reports to improve results. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Haveli.

1. Revenue Generation

Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets from:

Corporate outings & employee engagement events

School & college group bookings

Birthday parties, kitty parties, family gatherings

Push bulk bookings & pre-booked packages (entry + food)

2. Corporate Sales

Identify and approach HR/Admin teams of companies

Pitch park as a team outing & engagement destination

Build repeat business (seasonal outings, annual contracts)

3. Institutional Sales (Schools/Colleges)

Tie-ups with schools, colleges, coaching classes

Promote educational + fun day packages

Coordinate group visits (transport, food, safety assurance)

4. Social & Event Sales

Drive birthday parties, group celebrations

Work with local event planners & societies

Upsell food packages and add-ons

5. Lead Generation & Conversion

Daily field visits (minimum 57 meetings/day)

Build local network: societies, corporates, agents

Maintain lead pipeline & ensure high conversion rate

6. Coordination

Work closely with operations & marketing team

Ensure smooth execution of booked groups

Take client feedback & improve experience

Experience: 36 years

Background Preferred:

Hospitality / Resorts / Amusement Parks / Events / Banquet Sales

Or strong B2B / institutional sales experience

Skills:

Strong negotiation & closing ability

Good local network (corporates/schools/event planners)

High energy, field-sales driven mindset
