The Role

We are looking for a high-energy, strategically-minded Sales Manager to drive revenue across our four core pillars: Digital Marketing, Influencer Management, Commercial Production, and Branding. You won't be selling one-off services; you will be architecting long-term creative solutions for high-growth brands in niches like Health-Tech, Luxury Real Estate, and Sustainable E-commerce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Outreach: Identify and engage decision-makers (CMOs, Founders) in our target high-growth categories.
  • The Vogue Bundle Pitch: Move beyond transactional selling to pitch integrated Content Retainerscombining photoshoots, influencer placements, and ad management into a single monthly subscription.
  • Performance-Based Partnerships: Negotiate and close innovative influencer management deals that utilize performance-linked models (base + commission).
  • Niche Authority: Conduct Brand Identity Audits for prospects to identify gaps in their current visual marketing and present Vogue Productions as the solution.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach and discovery calls to high-stakes presentations and closing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our creative and digital teams to ensure the Vogue standard is promisedand deliveredto every client.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven success in agency sales, luxury branding, or digital marketing sales.
  • The Eye: You must have a deep appreciation for high-end aesthetics. You can tell the difference between a good photo and a Vogue-standard commercial shot.
  • Strategic Mindset: You understand the content treadmill brands face and can explain how our integrated services solve their ROI problems.
  • Networker: You have an existing network or the ability to quickly penetrate industries like Wellness, Pet-Care, FinTech, or Luxury Real Estate.
  • Communication: Exceptional pitching and presentation skills. You can turn a complex multi-service proposal into a clear, compelling story.
