Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales performance and contribute to the company's revenue growth.

The selected candidate will be responsible for lead conversion, client relationship management, team coordination, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Handle leads, conduct site visits, and convert prospects into clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Deliver effective sales presentations and negotiations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal closures.
  • Monitor sales activities and maintain accurate sales reports.
  • Support marketing initiatives and lead generation activities.

  • Eligibility & Candidate Profile

    Experience

    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate sales.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and successful closures.

    Skills & Competencies

    • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Good understanding of real estate market dynamics.
    • Ability to manage clients independently.
