Job Description: Sales Manager Influencer & Content Marketing

(36 Years Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager who can build and grow revenue through

influencer-led campaigns, branded content solutions, and creator partnerships. This role

requires someone who understands both the creator ecosystem and brand

requirementssomeone who can convert briefs into business, pitch innovative content

solutions, and drive end-to-end sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

1. New Business Development

o Identify and generate leads across brands, agencies, and category teams.

o Build sales pipelines for influencer campaigns, content marketing solutions,

live commerce integrations, and creator-led storytelling.

o Pitch customised content + creator solutions based on client objectives.

2. Client Consultation & Pitching

o Understand client requirements deeply and recommend the right creators,

formats, and content strategies.

o Present creative concepts, campaign decks, and performance models.

o Conduct negotiations, close deals, and manage contract discussions with

support from internal teams.

3. Campaign Structuring & Solutioning

o Work with internal strategy, content, and creator teams to design compelling

proposals.

o Suggest formats like product demos, reviews, challenges, talk shows, creator

edits, unboxing, live sessions, brand days, etc.

o Ensure the proposed solution matches the brand's tonality, budget, and target

audience.

4. Relationship Management

o Maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and decision-makers.

o Ensure repeat business through strong delivery, communication, and

proactive suggestions.

o Act as the primary point of contact for all escalations and performance

discussions.

5. Revenue Ownership & Reporting

o Deliver monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

o Track lead status, conversion ratios, and revenue projections.

o Share market intelligence, competitor analysis, and new opportunity insights.

Required Skills

o Strong understanding of influencer marketing, digital content, social media,

and creator economy landscape.

o Excellent pitch-making and solution-selling skills.

o Ability to convert briefs into revenue-generating campaigns.

o Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

o Ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and conversations

simultaneously.

o Existing relationships with brands and agencies is a strong advantage.

Experience Required

o 36 years in sales, business development, influencer marketing, branded

content, or agency/client servicing roles.

o Experience selling content solutions, creator campaigns, or digital innovations

is preferred.
