Himalayan Pine Company is hiring a Sales Manager – Food + Gifting Retail
We build sustainable, design-led products across food (pasta, soups, caramel), pine-needle tableware, fragrance, and curated gifting hampers. Our focus is simple: products that don't just get placed in stores, but get picked up, used, and bought again.
We're looking for someone who understands retail that drives repeat, especially in food and gifting.
Role
Drive placements across the right stores and markets in India
Focus on gourmet, gifting, lifestyle, café, and travel retail
Build hampers and bundled offerings, not just single SKUs
Own sell-through, visibility, and repeat purchase
Manage store relationships, merchandising, and shelf presence
Align product mix with seasonality and gifting cycles
Experience
F&B / gourmet / gifting / personal care / lifestyle retail
Hands-on retail execution with a clear understanding of placements and sell-through
Application task (required)
In 300–400 words: How would you make gifting hampers (tableware + edibles + fragrance) a high-repeat product across India
Include priority cities, store types, how you would drive repeat at store level, and one common mistake brands make
Compensation
Fixed: ₹4.5 – ₹8 LPA
Variable: ₹2 – ₹6 LPA (linked to placements, sell-through, repeat)
Additional: performance bonuses, milestone rewards, growth-linked increments
