  • Schedule and conduct site visits for prospective buyers to showcase the property and its amenities.
  • Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information about the project, floor plans, pricing, and payment options
  • Identify potential clients through field visits, networking, and attending promotional events.
  • Conduct initial outreach to prospective clients and engage in regular follow-ups to build a relationship.
  • Present and promote the projects to potential buyers in a convincing manner.
  • Answer client queries and address concerns to facilitate decision-making.
  • Work on converting prospects into confirmed sales by explaining benefits, resolving objections, and negotiating terms within company guidelines.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and real estate regulations to better inform clients.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and generate referrals.
  • Ensure timely communication and keep clients updated on project milestones or changes.
  • Assist clients with the necessary documentation, including booking forms, agreements, and payment receipts.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities, lead status, and sales conversions.
  • Strategize with the sales team to improve sales performance and meet targets.

Required Skills

  • Must be any Graduate
  • 510 years of experience in field of sales. Preferably in real estate industry
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and persuasive abilities.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to understand client needs, build rapport, and establish trust.
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals confidently.
  • Location : Samshabad, Hyderabad.
