What does the role entail

Team Management - You will be leading a team of Program Advisors and pushing them to achieve their set targets.

Below is what your ideal day would look like

  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
  • Understanding customers needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Answering potential customers questions and sending additional information per email.
  • Creating and maintaining the status of current and potential customers in CRM.
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
  • Closing the sale through effective objection handling & negotiation.
  • Staying informed about competing products and services

What will excite us

  • 6+ years of previous experience in an inside sales position.
  • BE (Preferably Computer Science) or MCA preferred.
  • Alternatively, you should have managed sales for Technology products, not necessarily Edtech.
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Freshsales/Salesforce is a must
