Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales

targets.

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to maximize

performance.

Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients in the

tech industry.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and

competitive landscape.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior

management.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall

business objectives.

Present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with key clients.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the

sales team

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or CS is a plus (not mandatory)

5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the education or technology

sectors.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing

high-performing sales teams.

Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with excellent negotiation and

closing skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships

with clients and motivate team members.

An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and derive actionable

insights. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
