Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Bengaluru. As a Sales Manager, you will oversee and drive sales operations, develop customer acquisition strategies, and manage a high-performing sales team. Key responsibilities include identifying and engaging with potential clients, preparing and delivering compelling presentations, and achieving sales targets. You will also collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns and analyze market trends to optimize performance.

  • Strong skills in Sales, Client Relationship Management (CRM), and Business Development
  • Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Revenue Generation, and Market Analysis
  • Excellent Leadership, Team Management, and Negotiation skills
  • Effective Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet targets and demonstrate results-driven performance
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry is a significant advantage
