Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Gorakhpur.lucknow,kanpur,barabanki,agra firozabad,etawa, The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, set and achieve sales targets, and foster strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities will include managing and mentoring the sales team, developing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities for growth. The Sales Manager will also ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and coordinate with other departments to streamline business operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Management, Team Leadership, and Customer Relationship Management
  • Strong skills in Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, and Business Development
  • Proficiency in Sales Forecasting, Target Achievement, and Negotiation
  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Problem-Solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a results-driven mindset
  • Familiarity with home appliance products and industry trends is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
