Sales manager

Location: Across Africa(Available to work in any Africa or Asia country)

KEDA Ceramics Company Ltd is a leading manufacturer of ceramic tiles in Africa. As part of our commitment to operational integrity and transparency, we are looking to hire a competent and experienced Sales Manager to join our sale team in Africa.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Team Management

  • Manage and supervise the Kenya light cargo sanitary ware team to ensure operational effectiveness.
  • Reasonably allocate team tasks and foster a positive, high-performance team atmosphere.
  • Ensure all assigned team tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Market & Policy Support

  • Investigate and collect relevant market information to support business decision-making.
  • Assist management in formulating and implementing relevant operational policies.

Training & Development

  • Improve team capabilities through structured training programs.
  • Provide regular professional skills training and other necessary development sessions.
  • Organize and conduct two departmental meetings per month, ensuring meetings are timely, structured, and productive.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Report overall team performance and operational updates to direct supervisors as required.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company rules, regulations, and operational standards.
  • Maintain discipline within the team, ensuring no violations of company policies.

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in cargo operations, logistics, transportation, or sanitary ware distribution.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and operational procedures.
  • Strong team collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to strictly adhere to company rules and maintain professional discipline.
