Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager with 5+ years of experience exclusively in the telematics industry. You will own the sales process end-to-end, from prospecting to closing, while building lasting relationships with key clients and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the telematics sector.
- Identify and acquire new clients, including fleet operators, logistics providers, and technology partners.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize business opportunities.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in telematics.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
- Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals.
- Represent Tracknovate at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the telematics industry.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Deep understanding of telematics solutions, fleet management systems, and IoT-based technologies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel as required.
