Toshali Group owns and operates two established hospitality properties in India and is expanding its Tour & Travel and Resort Sales vertical. We are looking for an experienced, result-driven Manager Sales who can handle travel trade business, destination marketing, and resort sales, and contribute to revenue growth.

Experience Required:
Minimum 57 years of proven experience in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Tour Operations, or Wedding Planning sector.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for both resort sales and tour & travel business / wedding businessacross domestic markets.
- Generate business for resort room sales, packages, group bookings, leisure travel, corporate travel, and MICE.
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with travel agents, tour operators, DMCs, corporate travel planners, transport partners, and travel trade associates.
- Lead destination marketing initiatives to promote Toshali destinations (Shimla & Puri) as preferred leisure and group travel locations.
- Design and sell tour packages, resort stays, bundled travel products, and customized itineraries.
- Drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, long-stay packages, seasonal offers, and strategic bundling.
- Identify and explore new market segments including FIT, GIT, corporates, government travel, weddings, and MICE.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, pricing analysis, and demand forecasting to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate closely with hotel operation team to ensure seamless execution of bookings and events.
- Prepare and present MIS reports, sales performance dashboards, revenue analysis, and management reports.
- Manage and coordinate sales activities across multiple cities and partner locations.
- Represent the brand at travel trade fairs, exhibitions, roadshows, and tourism networking events.
Core Competencies & Skill Set:
- Strong knowledge of tour & travel operations, resort sales, and hospitality-driven travel solutions.
- Proven experience in destination marketing and tourism sales.
- Strong market presence with an established network of travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, MIS reporting, and sales documentation.
- Ability to work independently while aligning with corporate and revenue goals.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Tourism Management / Hospitality Management / Business Administration.
- Professional certification in Travel & Tourism will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; local/regional language knowledge preferred.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel extensively for sales, partner meetings, and promotions.
- Ability to operate autonomously in a corporate setup.
- High professional ethics, corporate etiquette, and strong presentation skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in resort sales, tour & travel, or hospitality sales at a corporate or travel trade level.
- Hands-on experience in selling destinations, resort packages, and travel solutions.
- Demonstrated success in driving tourism-led and resort-driven revenue growth.
