Sales Head The World Ecademy (Online K12 School)
The World Ecademy (www.theworldecademy.com) seeks a dynamic Sales Head to lead student recruitment and partnerships for our innovative online K12 platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise counsellors handling leads from digital marketing and database outreach; set targets and monitor performance.
Develop sales strategies, optimise lead conversion, and collaborate on marketing alignment.
Visit schools and institutions to secure partnerships and drive enrolment growth.
Analyse metrics, forecast revenue, and report to leadership.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in online schooling, edtech sales, or student recruitment.
Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM tools, and tech platforms.
Strong team leadership, relationship-building, and travel willingness.
Whitefield, Bengaluru Office-based, with regular travel.
Proficiency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of a regional language will be considered an added advantage.
