Title: Inside Sales Team Leader / Manager
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Management
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 5 inside sales executives
- Assign daily leads and sales targets
- Monitor performance and provide regular feedback
- Conduct training to enhance team sales skills
2. Lead Management & Conversion
- Handle leads from Meta Ads, website, and other digital platforms
- Ensure quick response and effective follow-ups
- Guide team to convert leads into showroom visits and closures
- Track pipeline and improve conversion ratio
3. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop strategies to improve conversions and revenue
- Create sales scripts, pitch improvements, and follow-up processes
- Collaborate with marketing team to improve lead quality
4. Customer Handling
- Manage high-value and critical customers personally
- Build strong customer relationships
- Ensure excellent customer experience
5. Reporting & MIS
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Monitor KPIs: conversion rate, response time, revenue
- Share reports with management
6. Coordination
- Coordinate with showroom team for visits and closures
- Align with marketing team for campaigns and lead flow
- Ensure smooth lead handover process
