Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Manager (Team Lead) for a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will lead a team of sales professionals, drive sales strategies, and achieve revenue targets. Key responsibilities include managing team performance, providing training and mentorship, developing client relationships, and presenting tailored real estate solutions. This role also involves tracking market trends, preparing sales reports, and ensuring excellent customer service delivery.

  • In-depth knowledge of real estate sales, market trends, and customer relationship management.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
