Job Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

• Supervise all night shift warehouse and supply chain activities.

• Oversee receiving, grading, sorting, packing, and dispatch of vegetables.

• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and shipped on schedule.

• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and day shift teams for smooth transition.

2. Quality & Food Safety Control

• Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, local regulations).

• Monitor temperature control, storage conditions, and product freshness.

• Conduct random quality checks to prevent spoilage and waste.

• Manage proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).

3. Team Leadership

• Lead, train, and supervise night shift staff.

• Assign daily tasks and monitor team productivity.

• Handle conflict resolution and maintain a positive work environment.

• Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures.

4. Inventory & Reporting

• Track inventory levels and minimize shrinkage and wastage.

• Maintain accurate stock and dispatch records.

• Prepare nightly operational reports for senior management.

• Coordinate urgent orders and manage last-minute changes.

5. Logistics & Coordination

• Liaise with transport providers for timely loading and dispatch.

• Ensure vehicles are loaded efficiently and safely.

• Manage unexpected delays or supply chain disruptions.
