Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the overall commercial strategy for India to achieve growth and market share objectives.
Lead, motivate, and develop the regional sales team and/or distributor network.
Drive commercial success for the entire MicroPort portfolio (including Robotic systems, Interventional Cardiology, etc.) across the India market.
Identify and prioritize key market opportunities for portfolio expansion.
Build and nurture strategic relationships with high-level KOLs, key hospital accounts, and industry stakeholders.
Represent MicroPort at regional conferences and major medical events.
Oversee distributor management, ensuring performance alignment, effective training, and compliance.
Implement robust business processes for forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
Work closely with Marketing, Clinical Affairs, and Regulatory teams to adapt and implement regional initiatives.
Provide critical market feedback to global HQ to influence product and commercial strategies.
