  1. Post/Designation: Sales Manager/Sr Sales Manager, based on relevant experience & seniority.
  2. Job-Description(Role & Responsibilities):
  3. Business Growth:
  4. Own, drive and lead the entire sales lifecycle—lead generation, prospecting, client engagement, negotiation, closure, customer support & relationship building. Develop/retain customers in assigned categories/territories.
  5. Drive revenue growth across assigned areas & achieve budgets.
  6. Create strong entry pipelines with key accounts and convert opportunities into business.
  7. Plan, co-create the Sales Plan; Set measurable sales targets, build action plans, and execute proactively. Regularly review and update on the execution.
  8. Strategic Selling:
  9. Lead consultative selling with techno-commercial understanding.
  10. Position Steviatech solutions against conventional sweeteners and competing natural ingredients.
  11. Build category-wise opportunity plans and customer acquisition strategies.
  12. Channel Management:
  13. Guide and energise distributor partners.
  14. Support distributor sales teams in target account conversion.
  15. Startup Leadership:
  16. Operate with ownership in a fast-moving startup environment.
  17. Contribute to build a sales-system and not just sales.
  18. Contribute to Strategic growth along with immediate targets.
  19. P&L outlook & Monthly
  20. Regular customer meetings to Pitch, identify pain-points, learn industry needs/trends, and deliver win-win solutions.
  21. Maintain communication bw RO(reporting officer), internal/external teams.
  22. Maintain & monitor pipeline tracking in CRM/tracker & monthly report/tracker.
  23. Cold-call, qualify leads, and build decision-maker relationships.
  24. Lead/participate in key exhibitions decided.
  25. Key Skills Required:
  26. Excellent Selling, Presentation & Negotiation skills.
  27. Very good communication skills & confidence with spoken English.
  28. Very good Interpersonal skills, ability to connect, create rapport, built-trust and maintain good relationships with key-person/customer.
  29. Good skills with effective writing and email etiquettes.
  30. Active/effective-Listening: Ability to understand customer actual needs and beyond what they say. Questioning & Engagement skills: Effective questioning to dig deeper into customers mind.
  31. Problem-solving: Identifying customer pain-points and offering tailored solutions.
  32. Time Management & Organization: Prioritising high-value tasks, keeping track and follow-ups, managing multiple clients efficiently.
  33. Persistent & Resilience: Not getting discouraged by rejections and continuing to find different ways to push forward and move ahead.
  34. Tech Savviness: Ability to make use modern tools, basic software and tools like CRM, etc.
  35. Pleasing tone & etiquettes.
  36. Adaptable & Self-Motivated.
  37. Ideal Candidate Profile:
  38. Core Salesperson with 8+ years of technical sales in B2B with proven track record in food ingredients market in India.
  39. Food Technologist + MBA/PGDBM(marketing) prefered.
  40. High initiative/ownership, target-driven.
  41. Strong commercial maturity with ability to close strategic accounts.
  42. Comfortable working in a high-ownership startup environment.
  43. Able to combine field execution and strategic thinking.
  44. Physically fit, non-smoker.
  45. Ahmedabad-based or willing to relocate.
  46. Reports to(RO): Co-Founder
  47. Job Type: Full-time, WFO(Work from Office), with a 10-15 day/month domestic travel.
  48. Job Location: CG Road, Ahmedabad 380009.
