Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Tamil Nadu. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating business through various financial products, including Machinery Loans, Equipment Loans, and loans for Plastic and Printing machines. The ideal candidate will leverage both existing and new channels to source new business opportunities by understanding the credit profiles of prospects and their specific needs. Additionally, the Sales Manager will manage the generated portfolio, focusing on installment recovery and collections while ensuring the overall health of the portfolio. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and manage a distribution network for machinery loans and finance. - Conduct market surveys to identify potential dealers and liaise with them to source new business. - Achieve sales targets for a diverse range of products through collaboration with dealers, manufacturers, OEMs, and Chartered Accountants. - Develop finance schemes tailored to meet customer requirements. - Recommend manufacturers and dealers as part of ongoing business development efforts. - Manage the portfolio of existing customers, providing prompt service and exploring cross-selling opportunities. - Oversee collections and delinquency management to maintain portfolio health. Required Skills: - Proven experience in Machine Loans, Business Loans, and Home Loans with a focus on high ticket sizes. - Strong communication skills and the ability to achieve daily targets, including making 30-50 calls per day. - A background in Tele Sales, preferably within the BFSI sector, is essential. - Fluency in Telugu is required for candidates based in Bangalore.
