The Manager – Sales will be responsible for hunting and acquiring new client logos across IT Staffing, IT Recruitment Services, Managed Service Provider (MSP) models, and Global Capability Centres (GCCs). This is an individual contributor role with strong ownership, focused on prospecting potential clients, solution selling, and closing new business opportunities in mid-to-large enterprises.
The role demands a high-energy hunter mindset, strong consultative selling capability, and proven experience selling staffing-led solutions to enterprise decision makers.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for end to end sales activity from lead generation to contract signed
• Identify, target, and acquire new logos across enterprise, mid-market, and GCC clients
• Build a robust prospecting pipeline through outbound selling, networking, referrals, and market mapping
• To Identify & acquire Prospects (MNC's, Large Org, Start Ups) for IT Staffing & Managed Services Business.
• To ensure regular new client meetings.
