Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Agency Channel Development:

  • Source and service POS agents as per the agreed mix and company policy.
  • Develop and manage the Agency Channel in the assigned location.
  • Coordinate with the Operations team for pre-licensing, training, and licensing processes.
  • Conduct induction programs and collaborate with the Sales Training team for product and ongoing training sessions for POS agents.
  • Maintain the required balance between new and existing POS agents.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand into new market segments.

Agency Channel Management:

  • Monitor agent performance on key parameters such as renewals, fresh database management, funnel tracking, and closures.
  • Maintain a high percentage of active POS agents and ensure consistent productivity.
  • Control attrition of POS agents and ensure effective channel engagement.
  • Drive team performance to achieve assigned business targets.

Channel Servicing:

  • Oversee reconciliation of partner accounts and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain transparent communication and foster strong relationships with partners.

Profitability:

  • Monitor market dynamics and provide strategic feedback to enhance organizational processes.
  • Manage loss ratios effectively and ensure profitability targets are met.

Compliance & Hygiene:

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
  • Manage cheque bounce recovery and address business pendency efficiently.
  • Maintain operational hygiene and ensure policy adherence.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Execute additional tasks aligned with KPIs and growth objectives as assigned by management.
