Role: Sourcing Manager(Channel )
Channel Partner Development
- Identify, onboard, and develop Real Estate Channel Partners aligned with business objectives
- Build strong, professional relationships with key decision-makers in partner organizations
- Drive partner engagement through regular reviews, training, and performance tracking
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic growth
- Drive sales through partner networks by collaborating closely with partner sales teams
- Lead joint business planning with partners, including revenue targets, growth plans, and key milestones
Partner Enablement & Support
- Coordinate internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Operations, CRM, Leadership) to support partner success
- Lead solution development initiatives that address end-customer requirements effectively
- Drive adoption of company-led programs, campaigns, and offerings among assigned partners
Relationship & Conflict Management
- Proactively assess, clarify, and address partner needs on an ongoing basis
- Manage and resolve potential channel conflicts through transparent communication and adherence to channel guidelines
- Ensure partners operate in compliance with agreed commercial and operational terms
Governance & Performance Management
- Track partner performance against defined KPIs and business goals
- Ensure adherence to partner agreements, policies, and engagement frameworks
- Provide regular insights and feedback to leadership on partner performance and market trends
