Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in Nagpur Rural and focuses on sourcing and closing real estate sales. As a Sales Manager, you will identify potential clients, manage relationships, and assess client needs to offer the most suitable property options. You will also be responsible for negotiating terms, closing deals, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and achieve targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability in sales, negotiation, and closing deals in a competitive environment
  • Experience in client relationship management with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of the real estate market, including trends, property valuation, and regulations
  • Skills in planning, organizing, and implementing effective sales strategies
  • Proficiency in using tools and technology for customer relationship management and reporting
  • Familiarity with financial concepts such as mortgages, loans, and investment analysis is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve sales goals
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is advantageous
