Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Distribution Manager to lead and expand our solar distribution business in the Lucknow region. The role involves managing channel partners, driving regional sales growth, strengthening dealer networks, and ensuring effective market penetration for solar products including modules, inverters, batteries, and BOS components.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and distribution strategies to achieve regional targets

  • Appoint, manage, and grow dealer and distributor networks across the assigned territory

  • Drive sales of solar products through channel partners and direct customers

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in the region

  • Build strong relationships with EPCs, installers, developers, and key stakeholders

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, technical, and marketing) to ensure smooth order execution

  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and MIS for management review

  • Ensure timely collections and adherence to credit policies

  • Conduct product training and support for channel partners


Eligibility & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in solar sales and distribution

  • Proven experience in handling channel sales and regional distribution networks

  • Strong understanding of solar products (modules, inverters, batteries, BOS)

  • Experience working with EPCs, distributors, and installers

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting
