Job Title: Sales Manager Indian Sales, Core Procurezen Sales
Location: Chennai (work from office)
Experience: Minimum 3 years of software sales experience
Budget: upto 1,50,000/- per month

Role & Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle for assigned territory/accounts: prospect, qualify, present, negotiate, and close software-subscription deals.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline using CRM best practices; deliver accurate weekly/monthly forecasts and activity reports.
- Partner with product, implementation, and customer success teams to design tailored demos, RFP responses, and commercial proposals.
- Lead negotiations and commercial terms for software subscription, implementation, and support agreements.
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events and presentations; as required to close strategic deals.
Skills & Qualifications
- The resource must have good 3+ years of experience in product-based solution selling, preferably procurement solutions.
- Resources who has worked with Coupa, Zycus, Oracle Procurement, Zoho, Odoo, and SAP Ariba.
- Must have good domestic and international business exposure.
- Must be presentable and have good Consultative Sales background with strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales with consistent quota attainment.
- Proven experience managing full sales cycles.
- Strong consultative selling and solution-mapping capabilities for complex software products.
