About the Role

The role involves developing, implementing, and achieving the sales budget for various product lines within the Indonesian market, while driving business growth and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and achieve the sales budget for Food, Paper, Textile, Construction, and support and coordinate product of affiliated company (e.g., Vegetable Oil, Lecithin, Vermicelli) within the Indonesian market.
  • Drive business/revenue growth by maintaining existing customers while strategically expanding into new markets.
  • Prepare and manage all sales-related documents, including presentations, technical data sheets, quotations, and reports.
  • Conduct market surveys and competitive analysis to support sales activities and identify new opportunities.
  • Establish and strengthen sales channels and distribution strategies to maximize market penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, distributors, and end customers.
  • Collaborate closely with local agents and headquarters in a cross-functional, international environment.
  • Find new customers and opportunities in related fields.
  • Experience in handling contract negotiations and complex commercial agreements.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in cultural awareness and experience working in regional or international environments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales and technical support within the food industry, as well as experience in key account management and building long-term strategic partnerships.

Required Skills

  • Strong scientific and technical background with the ability to translate complex concepts into customer value.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Solid knowledge of food markets in Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in presentation tools and computer applications.
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written).
  • Highly proactive, energetic, and target-driven, with a strong passion for success.
  • Flexible and willing to travel abroad.

Preferred Skills

  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven sales management.
