We're looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to lead our SMB business. This role is ideal for someone who has closed deals themselves, knows the nuances of SaaS sales, and can coach a 56 member AE team to consistently outperform.

What Matters To Us

  • Proven ability to hit and exceed revenue, win rate, and cycle-time KPIs through team leadership.
  • Strong AE fundamentals with consultative & value selling approach across the sales process (discovery, demos, negotiation, etc).
  • Ability to build trust, shape culture, and reinforce high performance with positive coaching.
  • Willing to collaborate with marketing, CS, and product on feedback loops, customer insights

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, hire and manage a team of 56 AEs selling into SMB recruitment agencies.
  • Run weekly 1:1s, deal reviews, skill coaching sessions, and performance management.
  • Own the team's SMB quota & improve CRM hygiene, forecast accuracy, etc.
  • Step into high-value or complex deals by joining and leading the calls alongside AEs when needed.
  • Work alongside the Director of Sales & the CEO to build playbooks, GTM alignment and more.

Expected Outcomes Within 30-60 Days

  • Run deals yourself end-to-end to deeply understand Recruiterflow's sales motion, ICP, and competitive landscape.
  • Master the product, value proposition, pricing, and sales methodology.
  • Build credibility with the AE team through active deal participation and visible rigor.
  • Identify quick wins in process, forecasting, and coaching structure.
  • After 60 days, transition to full people manager of the SMB AE team.

Skills And Qualifications

  • 4-5+ years in SaaS sales with 23 years as an AE and 12 years in a team lead or sales manager role.
  • Strong track record closing SMB deals. Exposure to mid-market/enterprise deals is a plus.
  • Prior experience working in the US/UK markets.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field. MBA from a top tier college is preferred.
