We're looking for Area Sales Manager - Tamil Nadu to join our Smart Homes team in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales teams to drive sales targets as assigned by the regional leader
  • Ensure smooth operations and optimal performance across the sales channel, including dealers/ distributors.
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners/ dealers to expand market reach and drive business growth.
  • Set clear targets for primary and secondary sales while aligning channel partners to achieve these objectives.
  • Build and nurture partnerships with partners, influencers / architects / interior designers to promote products and achieve business goals.
  • Plan and execute demand generation activities such as promotions, product launches, and customer engagement events to drive sales growth.
  • Optimize retail operations to enhance customer experience and improve store performance metrics.
  • Analyze geographic clusters to identify customer segments and develop focused strategies for targeted marketing.
  • Establish and maintain high standards of in-store hygiene and organization to improve customer experience.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team by setting clear goals and monitoring progress through lead and lag indicators.
  • Use performance metrics to evaluate operational effectiveness and refine strategies for business success.
  • Conduct training sessions to equip the team with knowledge and skills for promoting and selling new product launches effectively.

Skills & Experience

  • ·Years of Experience: at least 6 years
