Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage our outbound sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, achieving sales targets, coaching agents, monitoring KPIs, and implementing strategies to maximize conversions and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, motivate, and manage the outbound sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and feedback meetings.
- Foster a high-performance, target-driven sales culture.
- Manage attendance, scheduling, and team productivity.
Sales Performance
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Ensure achievement of revenue and conversion targets.
- Analyze sales reports and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement sales strategies to improve team performance.
Training & Development
- Train new hires on sales techniques, product knowledge, objection handling, and closing skills.
- Conduct ongoing coaching and skill enhancement sessions.
- Ensure team members remain updated on campaign and product information.
Quality & Compliance
- Monitor sales calls and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer interaction.
Reporting & Operations
- Prepare and submit sales performance reports.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with operations, recruitment, and training teams.
- Recommend process improvements to increase sales effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, or call center operations.
- At least 1 year of experience managing a sales team.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing international sales campaigns (UK, US, Canada, or Australia).
- Experience in a BPO or contact center environment.
- Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
