Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position located in Noida for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth for Sketchwave Studios by identifying, pitching, and closing business opportunities across CG, VFX, Animation, AR/VR, and immersive media services. The role requires a professional with prior experience in the same industry who understands creative production workflows and can effectively translate client requirements into commercially viable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Lead end-to-end sales efforts for CG, VFX, Animation, AR/VR, and immersive media projects
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with studios, OTT platforms, brands, agencies, and enterprise clients
- Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial estimates aligned with studio capabilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the pre-sales and sales phases
- Understand client briefs and collaborate with creative, production, and technical teams to design appropriate solutions
- Negotiate scope, timelines, and commercials while ensuring project feasibility
- Develop long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and strategic partnerships
Internal Coordination
- Work closely with creative, production, and finance teams to ensure accurate costing and delivery commitments
- Support smooth handover of projects from sales to production teams
- Provide market and client feedback to leadership for service and capability enhancement
Market & Strategy
- Monitor industry trends in CG, VFX, Animation, AR/VR, and immersive technologies
- Identify new service offerings and verticals based on market demand
- Represent Sketchwave Studios at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 46 years of experience in sales or business development within CG, VFX, Animation, AR/VR, or immersive media
- Mandatory experience in selling creative or production services
- Strong understanding of production pipelines, workflows, and costing structures
- Proven track record of closing mid to large-scale projects
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network across studios, agencies, brands, and enterprise clients
- Experience handling international clients is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
- High ownership mindset with a strong focus on results
Compensation
- Competitive salary in the range of 89 LPA, with performance-linked incentives, commensurate with experience and industry network.
