Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our trading sales operations. You will oversee the execution of trade transactions, expand our client and supplier network, and mentor a high-performing sales team to hit ambitious revenue goals. The ideal candidate understands global market trends, commodity or product pricing, and B2B contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Targets: Design and implement comprehensive sales plans to hit revenue and profit targets.
Client & Supplier Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with upstream suppliers and downstream buyers.
Trade Operations: Coordinate with internal logistics, finance, and risk management teams to ensure smooth transaction execution across the trade lifecycle.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor actions, and pricing shifts to spot new business opportunities.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and coach sales representatives, setting clear performance KPIs and quotas.
Contract Negotiation: Lead high-stakes negotiations for bulk orders, pricing terms, and supply agreements.
