Job Description

  • Territory Development

  • Define and implement a regional sales strategy aligned with overall business goals.

  • Identify and qualify potential accounts: dealers, design studios, hospitality clients, and retail chains

  • Account Relationship Management

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts; cultivate new partnerships through regular outreach and in-person meetings .

  • Deliver product presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

  • Maintain ongoing communication to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Sales Execution Forecasting

  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

  • Use CRM tools to track leads, pipeline activity, and deal flow; report performance metrics to leadership

  • Product Market Expertise

  • Stay updated on Sha Decors product range: styles, materials, pricing, and production lead times.

  • Monitor regional market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing on regional promotions, trade shows, and campaigns.

  • Coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure timely delivery, inventory alignment, and product availability
