Responsible for driving sales growth by implementing national sales programs, identifying new market opportunities, and managing product performance in alignment with market trends and competitive dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement national sales programs by developing and executing effective field sales action plans.
  • Identify emerging markets, growth opportunities, and market shifts while tracking new products and competitor activities.
  • Maintain optimal sales volume, product mix, and pricing by monitoring supply-demand dynamics and industry trends.
  • Analyze economic indicators and market conditions to support informed sales decisions.
  • Continuously enhance professional and technical knowledge through workshops, industry publications, and networking activities.
  • Contribute to overall team objectives by achieving assigned sales targets and supporting related business initiatives.
  • Maintain strong awareness of product applications and technical aspects relevant to plastic and polymer solutions.
