Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage West and Central region (India) sales operations.
  • Own enterprise sales cycles from outreach to closure.
  • Build and expand relationships with key industrial clients.
  • Define and execute a go-to-market and pricing strategy.
  • Drive revenue growth and account expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams.
  • Travel to Client sites.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales.
  • Understanding of industrial sectors like steel, cement, power, and automotive.
  • Proven ability to close large strategic deals and manage CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and commercial skills.
  • Passion for sustainability and climate-tech.
