Job Description

Role And Responsibility –

                                                                                                                         

  • Identifying new business development opportunities in domestic markets.
  • Driving lead generation efforts and new client acquisition through various channels (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, Lusha, Hub Sport, UpLead, Cold calling & Cold emailing etc. )
  • Relationship management with existing and potential clients.
  • Understanding and analysing business & technical requirements from clients
  • Quality checking of company's sales processes.
  • Developing and implementing new marketing and sales strategies to achieve sales goals and revenues.
  • Networking to gain potential leads.
  • Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and sales knowledge development
  • Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings and updated sales funnel.

     Required Skill-

  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills including presentation skills.
  • Must have deep understanding of marketing principles.
  • Must be self-motivated and a good team player.
  • Must have strong decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development, and sales knowledge development.
