Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for Secured Business Loans.
  • Source quality business through DSAs, connectors, brokers, builders, and direct clients.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand presence in assigned territory.
  • Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and client visits.
Channel & Team Management
  • Recruit, train, and manage DSAs / channel partners.
  • Guide and support Relationship Officers / Sales Executives to improve productivity.
  • Monitor daily sales activities, pipeline, and conversions.
  • Motivate the team to achieve targets and maintain performance standards.
Credit & Process Management
  • Coordinate with Credit, Legal, and Operations teams for smooth loan processing.
  • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies and compliance norms.
  • Maintain portfolio quality and control delinquency levels.
  • Follow up on login, sanction, and disbursement stages.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Address customer queries, complaints, and service issues promptly.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
MIS & Reporting
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly MIS reports on sales performance.
  • Track competitor activity and market trends.
  • Provide feedback to management for product and process improvements.
Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of Secured Business Loans / LAP / Mortgage products
  • Channel sales & relationship management
  • Target-driven with strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Good understanding of credit appraisal basics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage teams and work under pressure
Qualification & Experience
  • Education: Graduate / MBA (preferred)
  • Experience: 48 years in Secured Business Loan / LAP / Mortgage sales
  • Prior experience managing DSAs and sales teams is mandatory
