Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive end-to-end sales for the Nirvaana Hills project.
• Build, onboard, and manage channel partners and broker networks.
• Handle CRM-driven lead management, follow-ups, and conversion tracking.
• Conduct client presentations for individual buyers, corporates, and partners.
• Plan and execute site visits, client walkthroughs, and closing discussions.
• Work closely with marketing and leadership to align sales strategy and execution.
• Maintain high standards of client experience and brand representation.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Experience in real estate sales required.
• Strong expertise in channel partner/client onboarding and management.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and structured lead follow-ups.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Confident storyteller with a pleasing personality and strong client engagement abilities.
• Willingness to conduct site visits and travel as required.
• Passion for consultative selling and relationship-led sales.

(Experience in farmland or nature-led projects is an advantage but not mandatory.)
